Wyrwane z kontekstu – Intranet user research

One key reason to do a lot of interviews for an intranet redesign is… political. Although it might not seem like it, these interviews pave the way for user acceptance. The more people you interview now, the more people you have who are primed to be positive about your redesign. Don’t forget to talk to managers and executives, too.
